Cat Garraway

Cat earned her Masters of Science in Physiotherapy from McMaster in 2024, a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from York in 2022 with a certificate in Athletic Therapy.
Cat comes from a background in gymnastics and cheerleading and spent 10 years as a gymnastics coach, giving her a strong foundation in movement analysis and breaking down complex movements into their core components. This passion for movement, combined with her love of working with children, naturally led her to pursue pediatric physiotherapy. In addition, Cat has extensive experience working with geriatric populations, athletes, and individuals with complex neurological conditions.

Cat’s goal is to provide individualized care, to help you reach your goals, no matter how big or small. Outside of physiotherapy Cat loves weight training, reading and crocheting.
