Jessica obtained her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto.
Before that, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of
Saskatchewan. Jessica grew up in Saskatchewan where she excelled in hockey and
fastpitch from a young age.
While pursuing her undergraduate degree, she devoted herself to hockey as a
student-athlete with the University of Saskatchewan, earning numerous accolades. During
her competitive hockey career, Jessica found a passion for the human body and its
potential. Jessica has first-hand experience of going through many different injuries and the
rehabilitation process. Jessica takes a holistic approach to physical therapy and treats
everyone as a unique individual. This includes not only patient education, personalized
exercise prescription, and manual therapy; but also preventative care.
