Rachel earned her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from McMaster University and her Bachelor of Kinesiology from Wilfrid Laurier University. A former competitive cross-country and track and field athlete, she brings a strong understanding of movement, recovery, and performance to her practice.
Her experience spans working with athletes, pediatric clients, and individuals living with neurological conditions. Rachel is passionate about helping people of all abilities regain confidence in their movement and return to the activities that matter most to them.
She provides individualized, evidence-based care focused on restoring mobility, reducing pain, and promoting long-term wellness. Outside the clinic, Rachel enjoys running, tennis, volleyball and spending time with her dog, Domino.
